Prepare and serve food samples to recipients of the CSFP food program in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness at all times. All Food samples will highlight USDA commodities with emphasis on a low-sodium diet for seniors.
Must have High School diploma or GED.
Good knowledge of USDA regulations
Serve Safe Certification required.
