5: Strong communications and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a Business Planning & Support Consultant to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and be responsible for business readiness and directing the design, development, and implementation of enhancements, and operational improvements to meet the strategic business and organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Project management and oversight of multiple complex cross-functional projects simultaneously

== Manage overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex project-oriented work efforts and adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards

== Conduct stakeholder assessments to understand the groups impacted by the change

== Conduct impact analysis to determine end to end scope of change for Commercial teams

== Act as an advocate for all business stakeholders within the lifecycle of a project, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed in advance of launch

== Manage communication to Executives and other key stakeholders

== Manage overall coordination of cross-functional teams including subject matter experts from various departments across the organization (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Marketing, et.al.)

== Design, implement, and practice large scale strategies in change management, vendor management, and business implementation management

== Facilitate team meetings, business working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive initiatives

== Provide oversight of Sales Enablement and Training vendors, from onboarding to creation of deliverables and execution

== Consider contingencies for the unexpected when planning long term work initiatives

== Build credibility, establishes rapport and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization

== Possess advanced leadership skills in influencing and communication
