• The inside sales rep is responsible for planning and implementing sales, this position is responsible for establishing Hazmatpac, Inc. As a recognized industry leader for consulting solutions within the UN packaging industry. This individual will grow sales by identifying, developing, defining, and closing lasting business opportunities with new and existing clients.

• Developing, implementing, and managing your sales process.

• Developing a sales strategy, and sales plans to achieve objectives for products.

• Identifying new business opportunities in support of current and prospective clients. Meaning, ask for referrals.

• Manage proposals. Responsible for proposals submitted to existing and prospective clients. Ask for Proposals.

• Utilizing Tiny Term for opportunity tracking, record of contacts, and development of Client Action Plans for management insight.

• Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.

• Working with leadership to screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

• Attend and participate in professional associations. Strive for leadership role in select professional associations.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Identify new, non-traditional and compelling solutions to customers’ stated project scopes that differentiate Hazmatpac, Inc.

• Commit to personal sales and develop plans to achieve goals.
