• Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team.

• Supporting administrative staff.

• Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly.

• Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.

• Correcting the discrepancies in the customer account balances.

• Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage.

• Coordinate sale team by managing schedule, filling important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Respond to complaints from customer and give after sale support when requested.

• Prepare Sales Monthly Report Client wise/Zone wise and brand wise separately.

• Handle The Processing of All Orders with Accuracy and timeline.

• Inform Client of unforeseen delays of problems.

• Monitor the team progress, Identify short coming and propose improvements.

• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients participants.

• Responsible for arranging international shipments, Preparing and confirming order approval, handling pricing information.

• Process end of day reports.

• Process and File Invoices from Vendors.

• Prepare Sales Targets for front office Staff.
