Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration or related discipline. Equivalent experience will be given consideration in place of a degree.
Training and Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in human resources administration preferred.
Desired Experience: Experience with ISO-9000 series quality management or equivalent. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
General Skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, handle multiple tasks, coordinate and plan projects, detail oriented and flexible with work assignments.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with HR team to ensure timely completion of annual HR compliance reporting and activities, to include:

Affirmative Action Plan and Report
All Employee Benefits Notices
As directed, assist HR team with recruiting, on-boarding, benefits enrollment, and data gathering for proposals, audits, and reports.
Ensure information completeness and accuracy for all reports.
Coordinate with Managing Director of Operations to ensure processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
Facilitate and/or participate in performance improvement teams.
Report to executive team on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the the external accreditation process.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
