#Responsible for Channel Sales and Institutional Sales.

#Appoint new dealers and distributors in the given territory

#Technical support and Training to dealers

#Developing customer rapport and ensuring that customers have positive image of the company.

#Customer care and support which will consist of attending to and fulfilling customer requirements and expectations, handling customer complaints etc. to the entire satisfaction of the customer and the company.

#To provide quality services leading to realization of orders booked and customer retention.

#Regular travelling in the given territory covering nearby areas.

#Support customers via phone email and in person.

#Providing comprehensive support to new and existing dealers and their associates.

#Providing pre-sales services to dealers.

#Product demonstrations to existing and prospective dealers.

#Product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, architects, consultants, builders, developers, corporate customers, institutional customers, banks.

Products will be Electronics Security Devices like CCTV Camera, Fire Alarm, Door Phone, Door Video Recorder etc.
