Business development profile which entails interacting with the regular dealers, establishing networks with the key account customer, establishing relationships.

#Responsible for building relationship and business with major B2B & B2C clients.

#Develop new key accounts in West India

#Product and Sales Training to dealers

#Developing customer rapport and ensuring that customers have positive image of the company.

#Customer care and support which will consist of attending to and fulfilling customer requirements and expectations, handling customer complaints etc. to the entire satisfaction of the customer and the company.

#To provide quality services leading to realization of orders booked and customer retention.

#Regular travelling in the given territory covering nearby areas.

#Support customers via phone email and in person as and when required.

#Providing general support to new and existing dealers and their associates.

#Providing pre-sales training and support.

#Product demonstrations to existing and prospective dealers.

#Presentations to prospective customers, architects, consultants, builders, developers, corporate customers, institutional customers, banks.

#Building a strong base of reference partner for continuous lead generation.

#Manage clients accounting and trade receivable
