Description:

Filipino Lady not more than 30yrs old.

To assist senior General Manager in daily administrative/operational duties.

Handling the main company mail; open, review, sort and distribute the mail to the appropriate recipients.

Handle faxes, phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate person.

Answers customer/client requests or inquiries in person, via telephone or email concerning services, equipment, and sometimes complaints.

Act as the point of contact for local and international suppliers or clients concerning visit, request, and important feedbacks.

Prepare confidential letters, labels, documents including drafts, memos and emails.

Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and printing various documents.

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and partners.

Arranged meetings/conferences calls as needed and preventing conflicts.

Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.
