Handle inquiry/order/quotation request from customers
Issue Sales Order/Delivery Order/Invoice
Data entry-batch number
Liaise with warehouse on stock availability/goods returned etc
Liaise with production on delivery schedule
Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Monitor stock availability and issue PO to supplier
Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
Arrange transport/shipment for customers
Any other duties assigned by the management
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Marketing/Business Study or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good communication skills in English & Chinese, both orally and in writing
