• Assist company with day-to-day operations and tenant relations

• Answer and route telephone calls from tenants, owners and vendors to the appropriate department on occasion

• Communicate company procedures and protocol to tenants, owners and employees

• Provide high quality of customer service

• Support agents and company by creating, modifying and/or distributing forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages and other various types of written information

• Maintain employee files; training and licensing schedule

• Assist with ordering supplies

• Contribute towards overall office operational needs

• Maintain and update all tenant and owner information

• Maintain extremely organized filing system for leases, tenants, insurance, vendors, etc.

• Assist with rent collections

• Assist with miscellaneous assignments as requested by upper management

• Interface with tenants, owners and employees as necessary to assist with conflict resolution

• Daily, weekly, monthly updates to upper management

• Helps to ensure office staff results through coaching, encouragement and disciplinary actions

• Assist daily scheduling of upper management as requested

• Assist new employees with orientation, training and new hire paperwork

• Maintain HR files in accordance with local and state laws

• Delegation of junior staff

• Secure building upon completion of business day

• Assist with inputting of files and providing on-site and phone support

• Assist with in-house audits documenting discrepancies and inconsistencies and how they can be corrected within company guidelines

• Assist with data entry integrity

• Assist with management takeovers ensuring residents meet eligibility requirements and files are properly documented

• Assist with associate performance evaluations

• Maintain current knowledge and awareness of rent market to better assist associates

• Be knowledgeable on current affordable housing rules and regulations

• Remain current on local city, county and state codes and regulations

• Superior oral and written communications skills

• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy

• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data

• Detail oriented

• Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to perform and handle interruptions in a rapidly changing environment

• Computer literacy and computer software program knowledge
