Novo Counseling is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide outpatient therapy services at our facility. Novo Counseling is a growing outpatient practice in Sheboygan, WI. We are seeking skilled and versatile outpatient therapists to provide outpatient therapy. Outpatient services will be provided to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Candidates must be professionally licensed or in the process of being licensed with the state of Wisconsin (Only LPC-IT’s in process), (LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, etc). Candidates will need to have the ability to provide services to clients with Medicaid and other various private insurance carriers. Credentialing with specific insurance providers will be handled by our company. Insurance billing will be handled by our attentive office staff, so all you have to do is provide outstanding outpatient therapy services to your clients. Extremely flexible scheduling is available for our outpatient therapists. Novo Counseling is a thriving practice seeking multiple outpatient therapists with unlimited opportunities for growth within our practice. Preference will be given to candidates who are already credentialed with private insurance companies and CACREP accredited.

***Competitive Compensation***

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team! Outpatient Services will be provided in our outpatient services location in Sheboygan, WI.

Novo Counseling offers competitive contract rates with financial incentives for high billing outpatient therapists.

Responsibilities include:

Provide Outpatient services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Outpatient services can be provided on an Individual or Therapy group basis.

Ensure all clinical documentation is completed to the Clinical Director’s standards.

Manage outpatient caseload of 5-30 outpatient therapy clients.

Provide updates, progress, and concerns with Clinical Director on a weekly basis.

Coordinate with community service providers for continuity of care.

*Must Be Able To:

Accurately complete all documentation as outlined by the Clinical Director within established timelines. Documentation responsibilities include but are not limited to: treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, aftercare plans, records for billing, etc.

*Interpersonal Relationships:

Clients, referral sources, outside agencies, families.

*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competency:

Must have computer experience to include, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have excellent organizational skills to achieve multiple deadlines.

*Education and Experience Required:

Required: A master's degree from a CACREP college or university with a degree in social, behavioral, or human services. Licensed in the state of Wisconsin to practice counseling as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage or Family Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or the ability to obtain a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training in the state of Wisconsin. Obtain and maintain Malpractice Insurance.

Preference will be given to candidates that have successfully completed a CACREP program and those who hold a Certification through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
