Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time and Attendance Consultant (66645)

Required Certification(S)

• Success Factors EC Certification.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 end-to-end EC implementations and 1 EC Time and Attendance implementation.

• 5 years of configuration and implementation experience within SAP Time Management.

• 5+ Strong expertise in developing EC payroll time sheets, Time off configurations, and Time Management Calculations.

• 5+ Experience configuring Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Types, Time Accounts, Absence requests, workflows, and business rules, Accrual Rules, Period End Processing Rules, Time Account Types, Time Types and Time Profile etc.

• 5+ Experience designing and building appropriate role-based permissions.

• 5+ Experience configuring Time off Mobile App, Leave of Absence, reporting tools, and overtime compensation.

• 5+ Experience designing and configuring standard Time recording components of SAP HCM Time Management module, related info types, configuring work schedules, absence types, counting rules and deduction rules.

• 5+ Functional expertise in replicating data from Success Factors EC Time module to EC Payroll and upload data from other time and attendance systems (Kronos, Time Clock, etc).

• 5+ Experience in data migration to migrate existing leave requests, time off account balances, and importing time off structures.

• 5+ Well versed in the various processes of implementation projects including, but not be limited to, business requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data conversion, reporting etc.

• 5+ Experience facilitating workshops, educating clients on alternatives for system configuration and design, and guiding clients through decision making and HR process design.

• 5+ Excellent team player and collaborator. Person should be a good liaison between the project team, business process owners, and other stake holders.

Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.

• Public Sector experience preferred
