My client is a well-known brokerage with offices all over the country. You will be working in their Seattle, WA office. The position is a Junior level Client Account Manager. You will be on a team supporting VIP accounts for one of the brokerage's key Producers. You will work with 3 Senior Client Account Managers on a large book of complex accounts that range from Municipalities to Manufacturing to Real Estate. You will be part of the support team for renewals and daily service requests.
The agency uses EPIC and is paperless. They use a number of other proprietary computer systems as well. You will be involved with pre-renewal activities such as loss runs and verifying insured information that may have changed since the prior policy period. You will also be handling certs, endorsements, and other service requests as directed by your team. The Team Manager is an excellent trainer and she will show you the ropes. You just need to be a hard worker, able to produce correct work the first time, able to solve problems, have super fast computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.
You don't need to be licensed for this role, but they will expect you to obtain in within 60 days or so. The company pays for the licensing class and all license fees. If you are already licensed, you will move directly on to junior account manager activities once you are fully on-boarded.

Candidates must have their P & C license and at least 1 year of commercial insurance service work, great computer skills (fast and accurate), and solid problem solving skills with the ability to find own answers. Salary is based on your commercial lines coverage knowledge and agency experience with large accounts.
