We are seeking an entry level Support Technician I to join our help desk team! Could it be you?

In this position, you will immediately become an integral part of our customer support team. Under the direction of our Service Manager, you will work with multiple clients and support a wide range of hardware and software. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to and resolve a wide variety of customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess a real passion for IT and the technology industry and have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to continuously learn and improve upon your skills.
-Provide technical assistance to our clients via phone, in person or
-Triage incoming Tickets and requests
-Recommend IT related improvements to clients
-Track client issues and resolutions
-Other responsibilities as assigned
-Work on-call or after hours as needed
-Highly motivated teammate with a positive attitude!
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support
