*** Customer works on 4/10 schedule. The standard work week consist of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday ***
The Operations Specialist will be working with existing staff to ensure day-to-day activities are completed.
Responsibilities could include working with or leading tour program operations, logistics of personnel and guest transportation. Also will include overseeing surveillance, maintenance and renovation of historical facilities. Will act, when needed, as project’s management representative, giving direction to project staff as required for facility operations. Operations Specialist is responsible for using business acumen to determine courses of action for day-to-day operations and escalate to Project Manager when non-routine issues arise.
Minimum 2 years Construction Management experience
Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience
Project Management Certification
Engineering, Business or Management BA degree
Building Warden or Building Emergency Director experience
