We are looking for Officer- Recruitment
Department: Human Resources
Tracks status of open jobs on a daily basis.
Uses various methods to post jobs, maintain job postings and make adjustments.
Screen CV’s to ensure compliance with selection criteria and forward to Manager- Recruitment for approval.
Complete the required reference check on selected candidates as requested.
Request and ensure receipt of all required documents from selected candidates prior to employment.
Perform qualification verification on selected candidates’ certificates.
Prepare employment contracts.
Ensure new employees have obtained bank accounts
Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
Level Of Responsibility: Responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the recruitment division and for ensuring confidentiality and providing timely administrative support .
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
