We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain all aspects of Salesforce.. In addition they will continue to create meaningful updates and consult users to identify any changes necessary.


• Manage Salesforce platform for employees and client base

• Create accounts for employees and manage onboarding offboarding process in relation to Salesforce

• Create and update all client accounts and users associated with those profiles --

• Collaborate with outside vendor(s) for ongoing updates to Salesforce for optimal user interface and user experience

• Create and manage all reports in Salesforce on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

• Manage all campaigns and rollouts to optimize usage/performance of Salesforce

• Provide frequent status updates on projects and ensure their successful execution in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin cert required

• Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant cert preferred, or experience with communities

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce

• Strong technical skills and a familiarity with databases/data models, advanced understanding of Salesforce security models and a solid understanding of CRM concepts and processes

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms
