As a MTC Local Sales Professional, you’ll have an opportunity to provide customers with a positive sales and service experience focused presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients. Not only that, you’ll also:

•Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

•Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

We offer a competitive compensation package for our Sales Position. Compensation is a 60%/40% plan with Average Earnings over $71K commission based

We’ll provide on-the-job training and resources in a supportive environment that encourages your professional growth.

Our local Sales Professionals must be able to:

Be available to work any scheduled hours 7 days weekly including holidays between 7:00AM – 11:00PM

Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job

Receive satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening

Computer skills needed and sales background preferred but not required!

In addition to STRONG communication skills, our Leveraged Service Representatives must:

Satisfactorily complete on-the-job and/or classroom training

Effectively use multiple systems to identify and communicate products that meet the customer’s needs, and resolve the customer’s problem in a productive manner

Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required

MTC will consider for

Qualify on pre-employment screening

Operate a computer and have basic keyboarding skills
