Minimum 3 years in the same position in UAE
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course
Preferably from Construction industry
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Well verse in Human resource code of conduct, company policies & Procedures & UAE labour law
Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent in organization and management skills
Aptitude in problem – solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Confident presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
