Alongside answering “yes” to the above, the ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and experienced assistant, possess impeccable interpersonal skills, value attention to detail, and can swiftly shift among multiple responsibilities.


Manage office-flow for multiple executives at a fast pace

Must be able to take minimal direction and act intuitively

Imperative to work quickly, efficiently and independently in this capacity

Supporting the CEO with execution of business objectives, including inbox and calendar management

Perform receptionist duties, including meal arrangements, travel, greeting and escorting visitors, opening procedures

Help with meeting and partnership arrangements

Manage maintenance and upkeep of office areas, supply inventory, etc.

Coordinate issues arising out of day to day operations


Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience

Familiarity with existing communication technology and willingness to adapt to new technology on a rolling basis

Strong knowledge of Adobe, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook

Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with detail and accuracy

Experience with booking travel, managing multiple calendars

Equally skilled at taking direction and working autonomously

Must be able to work flexibly and quickly

Strong organization and communication skills

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
