Legal Personnel Coordinator – for prominent law firm in Washington, DC. This position supports attorney human resources matters firm-wide. Responsibilities include: Assisting with orientation/integration of new and lateral associates and staff attorneys, coordinating pre-employment requirements, assisting with paperwork for new and lateral associate and staff attorney hires, liaison for new attorneys with other departments, supporting annual and mid-cycle associate and staff attorney evaluation and feedback processes, supporting Foreign Attorney program, maintaining/auditing the database of bar admissions and assisting with the bar admissions process as needed, assisting with coordination of visa-related matters, coordinating with Talent Development colleagues regarding data requests and analyses. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree ideal, administrative experience in a law firm preferred, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, highly motivated, fluency with MS Office, experience with VI Desktop platform or HR databases preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
