Procurement Analyst is responsible for assisting in the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of equipment, services, supplies and materials for existing contracts and for establish new contractual purchase agreements.
Advise and assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contract documents which include procurement proposals, qualifications, terms and conditions, and verification of information.
Work closely with the procurement managers, internal business clients, legal staff, outside attorneys, vendors, and others as assigned.
Ensure procurement actions and documents are in accordance with current policies and procedures.
