• Maintain and update Booking accounts and Tally.

• Preparing TDS return, filing and recorrelation with books of accounts.

• Banking-Liaisoning with banks if necessary.

• Preparing financial statements with respect to bank accounts.

• Keep tabs of the day to day activities in relation to the accounts.

• Coordinate with other accounts executives and with other internal departments like planning, QS, purchase, projects and stores.

• Receive the bills, scrutiny the bills, preparation of checks. Entering all the bills in the bill inward register. Should reconcile the physical stocks in the projects stores in relation to the suppliers bills.

• Liaison with customers regarding the taxation issues
