We provide telecom engineering services from Test Equipment Repair & Calibration to Testing & Troubleshooting Networks, from Installation & Commissioning to Network Optimization to Sub-Network Operation & Maintenance.

We are looking for Senior HR Executive (base in Pasig)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment:

- Periodically summarize recruitment plan (yearly, half-year, quarterly, monthly)

- Search, identify, manage recruitment channels. Work with recruitment partners...

- Implement recruitment activities.

- Be in charge of recruitment reports

- Manage candidates data.

2. Labor relations & regulations:

- Sign, manage labor contracts (including long-term contracts, collaborators) according to Philippines Labor Laws.

- Build up work rules and other regulations in accordance to Philippines laws

- Follow implementing regulations, work rules, commendation and disciplinary process

3. Participate in other HR activities:

- Support training activities: finding suppliers, TNA, organizing courses.

- Time sheet process

- Employees information management

- Perform other HR procedures

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant area

- At least 2 years experience labor law, relevant law and hiring process in HR

- Must have a good knowledge in different facets of HR and Labor code

- Good English (4 skills)

- Good communication skills

- Good time management skills
