Overview of The Einstein School

The Einstein School is a unique, different and successful Private, Non-Profit, 501.c.3 School that has been teaching 5th to 12th grades in Plano for the past nine years. We currently have around 161 students in grades 5-12 and enjoy small classroom sizes by design.

We have small class sizes with a 12:1 ratio for High School Classes and 8:1 ratio for Lower School. This allows for teachers to be able to teach without regard to any State Mandated Tests and to really know how you can differentiate and know your individual students. If you are tired of being "forced" to teach what every other teacher is teaching on a specific day or having to give up your lesson plans to teach to the STAAR Test, then come to our school where you can bring your own individual teaching style and do what you love to do, Teach!

We have seen over a 70% growth since June 2016 in our enrollment. In January 2019, The Einstein School was voted the Best School in Plano and Best Plano to Work by the Plano Star Local Media Reader's Choice Award for 2018!

A valid Texas Teaching Certificate is highly recommended but not required.

The Einstein School is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of a person's color, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

If you are interested, then please email the contact information below with your cover letter and resume.
