Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Dallas, TX (6-35/Luna)
You will be answering calls for a MAJOR cell phone provider.
Responding to customer inquiries
Updated customer account information
Assisting with account and billing set up
Length of Assignment:
Temp to hire! Candidate can move to other campaigns. This is a GREAT opportunity to get your foot in the door and go from there!
Hours for Training (2 weeks):
Work Schedule AFTER training:
Candidates must be able to work ANY 8hr shift between 8am-10pm ANY DAY of the week **includes weekends**
Must be have reliable transportation. Very limited public transportation during the entire week. No public transit will run on the weekends for this location.
No pre-planned time off during the first 90 days especially during peak season. *No Time Off request will be approved*
Must have strong keyboarding skills
Must have great grammar skills
Must have good multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work in a High Volume Call Center Setting
Must be made aware of the fluid role with both Chats and Calls
Must be able to work a set schedule. Set schedule(s) will most likely be a 2nd Shift
6 months experience of customer service
Positive work history - we check references!
Passing test scores
A clear background check and drug screen
