Senior Administrative Assistant, Bidding Specialist
Staff Hunters is currently seeking for a Senior Administrative Assistant, Bidding Specialist to work for our North Shore, MA based client on a direct hire basis. This is a growing company that has a very fast-paced, busy environment. Someone that thrives on tight deadlines and working with complex documents with a strong attention to detail would be well suited for this position.
Duties for the Senior Administrative Assistant, Bidding Specialist role include the following:
Working with the executive team on preparing bids and requests for proposals..
Using MS Word to create and edit complex documents.
Provide support by creating purchasing orders and tracking in the ERP system.
Setting up new vendor documents.
Other administrative projects as assigned.
Qualified applicants for the Senior Administrative Assistant, Bidding Specialist position will possess the following skills/experience:
3+ years of Administrative Support experience working with bids and RFP's.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Past experience working in a professional services office environment.
Advanced MS Office skills.
