- 1-year experience in Call Center or technical support is required

- 1-year of customer service experience

- Any ticketing system or tickets documenting expertise is required

- Experience using knowledge articles to support users

- Experience handling priority calls and escalating customer trouble issues when appropriate

- Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Basic computer operations including Internet and email protocols, connectivity and understanding of Internet Networking

- Troubleshooting browser, printers, IP-phones, and computer-related issues over, the phone

- Solid problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail

- Manages incoming calls on several lines simultaneously, using a multi-line, computerized ACD Call Manager phone system

- Provides professional and prompt service to connect callers with destination phone users, internally and externally, using excellent customer service and phone etiquette

- Providing general information regarding campuses and programs using printed and electronic reference materials

- Accesses various websites and databases to respond appropriately to inquiries

- Analytical thinker with the technical aptitude

- Experience using the technical document to troubleshoot is a plus

- Distance learning software experience is a plus

- Service Now ticketing system experience is a plus

- Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned

- Able to type 50 to 60 WPS

Pay rate:

$10.00 per hour

Start date: July 1, 2019

End date: September 15, 2019


39.5 hrs. Working hours per week

Work Schedule:

Mon-Sun – 7 am – 12 am (including weekends and holidays).

You may have a 7 am to 3:30 pm shift or a 1 pm to 10 pm shift or 8 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm shift and work could be weekend or through the week. There is flexibility!
