Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide all recruitment admin support
· Manage new engagement process from offer letter to induction
· Provide HR advice to employees & line managers, explaining policies & procedures
· Contribute to HR projects
· Administer the performance management system
· Prepare management information reports
· Liaise with payroll
· Maintain personnel filing system
· Manage the leave administration process
· Manage disciplinary & grievance procedures
Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Min 5 yrs experience in an HR Admin role.
MEIBC experience would be an advantage.
Salary R 18 000
