HGV Vehicle & Trailer Technicians Required - for workshops and 'On-Site Defect Clinic' at a Blue Chip Customers.
We are looking for heavy goods vehicle Technicians capable of dealing with On-site Trailer servicing and carrying out running repairs on Various Trailers and the odd Vehicle for one of our 'Blue Chip' customers.
With both Dayshift Workshop based and Mobile positions available, we are looking for two experienced engineers who will be given an on-site induction, H&S training and issued with a Mobile Service Van, Mobile Phone and the usual PPE.
Ideally you will be qualified to C&G or NVQ Level 2 to 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & repair and have two years post qualification experience. You will possess a good 'can-do' attitude, customer service skills and have the ability to undertake a variety of servicing and various repair work such as Lighting Defects/Bulbs and Air Leak Detection & rectification without issues.
You must be prepared to work and complete jobs within given timescales and to a high standard.
The ability to communicate clearly with customers is very important and all long term employees will receive the relevant training going forward which will include manufacturer’s product training.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and level of expertise.
