You will be responsible for the following function:
Assist the project managers with capturing information on job cards onto the system
Collation of information and data
Handling external or internal communication or management systems. Managing clerical or other administrative staff. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings. Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Matric/Grade 12 with Maths
Minimum of 2 years in similar role
Excellent MS Office skills
Supply Management, Inventory Control
Good Verbal and Written Communication
