The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Efficiently and effectively assisting the National Sales Director as well as his sales team with all aspects of the office which includes managing and coordinating all emails, liaising with customers and staff as well as screening of calls, etc.
Controlling cellphone claims and expenses claims for the team.
Effectively screening/filtering telephone calls and redirecting them where appropriate.
Collating documentation, taking minutes of board and plant meetings and the distribution thereof.
Minimum requirements for the role:
Computer literacy is essential with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Must be proactive and self-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning, organizational, attention to detail, problem solving skills are essential.
