Set up work stations and prepare all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Preparing and cooking all menu items according to company standards

Study required recipes for production

Adhere with the food safety and sanitation

Check quality of ingredients

Seasons and cook’s food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience

Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes or food order before being serve

Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Suggest additional menu items or making menu recommendation such as desserts and drinks especially in peak season

Taking orders from waiter or staff

Delivering food order to waitress on time

Monitor stocks and place orders when there are shortages.

Stock food items neatly and properly in shelves and fridges with proper production tags

Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line

Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
