PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs administrative functions and provides administrative support to the project team

Coordinate with the project team and field staff to ensure that they have all the resources to operate a successful job site

Accurately set-up and maintain shared project folders; keeping the project files current as information changes

Schedule, prepare, and participate in all project meetings and transposes meeting minutes

Assists the project team with close-out documentation

Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team

Provide support to project managers with other administrative tasks as needed

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SPECS?

3-5 years' experience in a support role, with a minor understanding of construction

Prior experience managing a team's workflow and implementing processes and systems to help optimize for efficiency

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners

Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping

Work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment

Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
