Agile Coach (Permanent)
Our banking client is are looking for to create a community of Agile Coaches (both full and part time) who can further shape the One Agile Way of Working and culture in a responsible, inspiring and consistent way. Phase one of our transition is the establishment of the Delivery and Service organizations, consisting primarily of Tech and Client Service Delivery (CSD) staff, whilst also aligning closely with our commercial business units to create stronger, more autonomous teams with end-to-end scopes and mandates.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role: You, as an Agile Coach, have a passion for communication, coaching and group dynamics, in which you will further shape the One Agile Way of Working and culture across the organisation You will coach the Tribe and/ or Circle Leadership and the squads and customer loyalty teams (CLTs). You will be the local Expert in Agile principles and development of craftsmanship and capabilities in the UK Agile Coach community.
Qualification/Education Desirable: Masters or Bachelor’s degree is preferred Experience/Knowledge: Essential: Minimum of 5-8 years of industry or functional domain experience Desirable: • Experience working in an agile environment • Experience with diverse work cultures • Agile experience is required Personal Competencies Essential: • The ability to coach and support executives and business professionals • Proficient/fluent in English • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
