Position: German Service Desk Analyst

Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)

Salary: Negotiable

Schedule: Midshift (Weekends off)

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City

• Preferably Non- Native German Speaker

• Proficient in both German and English

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Computer Science and other related courses

• Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies if a plus

• Preferably with background in troubleshooting using German

• Customer service and technical support experience is an advantage


• Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern

• Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools

• Provide Tier 1 level of technical support

• Timely check the system for some errors

• Receive and process requests/issues
