A pivotal role within the global sales organization, the North American Strategic Account Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and delivering on Honeywell Security’s AOP and revenue goals from our focused strategic accounts. The role will be to develop the sales team to ensure all metrics are met and exceeded whilst considering processes, systems, business planning, management frameworks and initiatives designed to increase sales force productivity.
Positively Lead and Develop a strategic sales team to deliver all sales and operational AOP and critical metrics targets across the region
Ensure all staff work towards clearly defined targets, processes and Honeywell codes of conduct and represent the company in a professional manner.
Develop and Execute strategic customer plans utilizing all resources including marketing and cross business relationships to improve pipeline and revenue generation to ensure market growth.
Accurate forecasting of all monthly, quarterly and annual AOP.
Identification of Strategic customers within the target verticals to ensure maximum penetration and cross selling. Developing sustainable long-term relationships.
Ensure all customer contracts are up to date, fit for purpose and are adhered to throughout the duration of their lifecycle (DPP / CPP).
Handling customer escalated issues in complex situation to a mutually agreeable resolution.
Ensure CRM (Salesforce.com) is kept up to date & Accurate.
Handle time effectively to ensure a timely plan of customer interaction and optimized return.
Successful track record of driving growth ideally within a major Blue-Chip Multinational
Consistent track record of exceptional sales results within the Commercial Security Sectors
Experience in End User Sales Management
Experience in competitive Sales environment
Demonstrate strong leadership attributes.
In-depth knowledge of CRM tools.
Adaptable, tenacious and collaborative.
Ability to demonstrate and articulate the benefits of working with business partners to deliver maximum sales results.
High level of communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in pressurized environment.
Willingness to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand – occasionally at short notice.

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 10 years in Sales Management
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management
Masters In Business
Able to develop a Consultative Sales Approach
Comfortable in dealing with individuals at senior levels.
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
