We are looking for a talented, energetic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our national client’s growing team. Our client is a fast growing fortune 500 company which specializes in sales of residential & commercial products.
A generous compensation plan: Performance based pay with high earning potential- minimum $150,000 for the first year
Paid training including sales and products course.
Company provided leads for appointments ( self generated leads also required)
A comprehensive benefits package and group savings plan
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Seek, identify, follow up and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Assist with the closing of business and moving opportunities along in the sales cycle.
Book appointments for sales
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Updating and working on CRM Platform
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Diligent listening skills to understand prospects needs, quickly assess opportunities and best course of action.
Ongoing commitment to skill development and product knowledge
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend appointments (when the customers want to meet us)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to inspect and assess homes, consulting homeowners with solutions
Ability to negotiate, prepare pricing, financing, and alike
Adhere to company policies and to be bond-able
Sales: Minimum 2 years of sales experiences
Full G Drivers License
Technical education/background an asset.
Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets
You have a professional and outgoing personality
Excellent telephone etiquette: you can create value, listen, understand, and respond accordingly
The ability and desire to learn about new products
