-General office duties: Reception, typing correspondence, filing, mail (in-going and out-going), Credit Card processing, local bank deposits and prize giveaways
-Assists the Traffic department with national barter/affidavits entry.
-Assists the sales team with proposals/presentations, one sheets for media kits, translating for Spanish speaking clients
-Assist with Promotions/Marketing: Design or create new forms, flyers, info sheets and web design ads. Build and maintain active database of churches.
-Assist at Station events which may fall on week nights or weekends.
Compensation: D.O.E Paid Parking (or paid public transportation) & Paid Sick Leave Benefit
Hours: Mon–Friday 5 hr per day 10:00am-3:30pm (with 30 min lunch)
Requirement of Position:
-Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) both written and verbal
-Minimum (2) years of general office and/or receptionist experience.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet.
-Excellent communication, presentation and people skills.
-Must be able to lift 10 lbs. and able to stand for a long period of time at events.
-Professional public appearance.
-Must be able to provide I-9 verification documents for eligibility to work in the USA.
-Must be a team player, a positive attitude and a passion for our stations.
-Flexible, team-minded individual with good organizational skills.
-Comfortable with answering a medium volume of incoming calls.
-Good interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
