Roles and responsibilities:

• He/ she will be responsible to meet individual marketing targets.

• He/ she should assign and monitor action plan and schedules to achieve booking targets.

• He/ she is responsible to analyze and understand customer needs.

• He/ she is responsible to find prospective customers for the Company and maintain relations with the existing customers.

• He/ she should locate the right vendors for bought-out items such as field instruments.

• He/ she is responsible to prepare raw material costs.

• He/ she should make frequent visits to prospective and new customers.

• He/ she should follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

• He/ she should prepare presentations, develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge, and locate suitable firms as system integrators.

• He/ she should generate market intelligence on performance of the Company products and services in comparison to competitors.

• He/ she should draft proposals and sales contract and prepare raw material costs.

• He/ she should identify and resolve client concerns.

• He/ she should follow up for collection of payments.

• He/ she should attend KOM and FAT whenever required.

• He/ she should attend to the client during execution for understanding the client needs from concept to commissioning and ensuring client satisfaction.

• He/ she should provide on-the-job training to new employees.

• He/ she should perform other duties as and when directed by the Manager.

• He/ she should complete ISO documentation.

• He/ she should be aware of the quality policy.

• He/ she should be aware of the quality objectives.

• He/ she should contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system including the benefits of improved performance.

• He/ she should be aware of implications of not conforming to the quality management system.
