Candidate will be in charge of the incoming calls, emails and messages from Customers on behalf of the company.
Candidate should be able to handle customer complaints regarding service of the company and resolve them amicably.
Candidate must have good Oral and written communication skill to carry out duty effectively.
Candidate should be a certified degree holder from a reputable Higher institution.
Candidate should have some experience or training in customer service as this will add up for him.
