DESIGNATION: Marketing Manager


YRS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 –1 5 yrs of experience in hospitals.



SALARY: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.


Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information to be communicated to the respective.

Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services.

Develop and/or market new services of the Hospital.

Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.

Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze hospital media exposure.

Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines.

Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the Marketing Department with the approval Hospital Board and with management approval.

Ensure that budgets are prepared and managed in line with SMCH standards and that cost reports are analyzed and variances clarified/reported on a monthly basis.

Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies to improve the Brand Image.

Define and coordinate marketing programs for and lead generation with our sales team and Implement Lead tracking and management processes.

Plan all aspects of Marketing planning, Budgeting, Metrics and Reporting- Implement and Leverage Marketing strategy along with CRM and bring key marketing analytics.

Work closely with Sales Team and ensure that all marketing strategies, goals, and campaigns are perfectly aligned with Sales Strategy as well.

Collaborate with Clinical Operations department to create new horizons of market for SMCH.

Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s )in collaboration with clinical, operations and finance departments.

Regular sales calling on doctors / corporate clients).

Daily reporting of sales activities in an effective manner as instructed by the superior time to time.

Detail all the services of the hospital, allay fears and ensure footfalls (in and out patients).

Prioritize his clients and keep track of the competition. Implement marketing strategies as undertaken from time to time.

To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members.

To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
