Newly opening Silverlake Ramen at the Long Beach Exchange shopping center is now hiring a full time store Manager.
The Manager will work as a team leader, supporting the Franchisee owners and restaurant teams in training and leading their restaurants to success. Must have exceptional skills in all areas of restaurant operations, including dealing with people and guests. Must have the flexibility to work weeks at a given time. Pay and hours are based on performance and will increase based on results. We plan on opening more locations therefore more opportunities will arise in the future for professional growth. Experience in the food service management preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor management.
Daily/Weekly/Period End Inventory
Full open availability (Including nights and weekends)
Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction/retention, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
Strong desire to develop their team and actively continue their own development.
Must be able to manage time effectively and reach objectives within specified time frames.
Ability to communicate detailed knowledge of restaurant standards, in a top of mind manner, to both employees and managers
Ensure staff is in compliance with company policies/procedures and federal/state/local laws
Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance per Health Department rules and regulations
