"We have an immediate opening for a Recruitment manager / Account Manager exclusively focusing on managing a team of at-least 8-10 recruiters and managing compete Implementing partners like American Express, United Airlines, Google and more direct clients.

Location: *Preet Vihar, New Delhi*

Working Days: *Monday to Friday + US & Indian Based Holidays*

Working Hours: *06:30 PM Evening to 03:30 PM Night*

Salary: *Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,00,000 in hand after all deductions (depending upon your interview) PER MONTH*

Deductibles: *Tax Deduction at Source*

Required Skills/Qualifications:

*Must be willing to work in Night Shifts ( 06:30 PM Evening to 03:30 PM Night )*

*Must have 36 Months of experience in US Staffing, with excellent communication and writing skills.*

*Must have good experience in end to end IT Recruitment / Staffing*

*Must have extensive knowledge of working with W2 and Corp-Corp requirements*

*Must have good experience in using LinkedIn / Job portals efficiently.*

*Bachelor's Degree in any stream*

Experience: *IT Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)*

Job Description:

> Managing recruiting/sourcing teams that vary in size from 5-10 depending on the project.

> Assigning clients requirements immediately as soon as they are released from the clients.

> Be able to assign the requirements to the right recruiters as per their skills set.

> Cleaning up the job description before assigning the requirements and also highlight the required skills for the job.

> Ensuring recruiters are submitting matching candidates to the requirements with a good turn-around time and also maintaining clients SLAs.

> Work on the quality control on the submissions before it is entered in the clients systems.

> Ensure recruiter submittals are matching to the clients requirement and key skills are mentioned in the candidate resumes.

> Make sure all the submittals follows and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines.

> Regular follow-up with the recruiters to check on the difficulties / issues that they are facing on the positions and ensure you are work on to resolve those issues.

> Help the recruiting team by providing them creative sourcing suggestion on positions.

> Work on to maintain candidates pipeline and need to ensure recruiters are working to build a strong database of candidates for the applicable clients.

> Need to keep a clear communication with the recruiting team as well as with the management.

> Maintain Daily / Weekly/ Monthly & Quarterly Performance reports for the clients.

> Make recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as the performance of the clients

> Ensure recruiters are reworking on the old / reopened positions from the clients.

> Monitor and follow up on all emails and other documents as well as communication on the clients assigned.

> Keeps track of interview notification emails and ensure Recruiters are sending interview requests to all candidates.

> Ensures offers are closed and sent out accurately and within time."
