Supervises Telephone Operators. Trains and evaluates Operators. Works with clients to ensure accounts are up to date. Puts in and checks oncall schedules. Answers calls. Helps with scheduling employees.
Hours are 3:30p-11:30p and requires working every other weekend.
Requires: Excellent grammar and spelling. Minimum 5 years of customer service. Excellent computer skills.Typing a minimum of 45 wpm. Prefers College Degree.
