Job Title: Customer Service Representative 4
Location: Cranberry, PA 16066
Duration: 04 Months (Extendable)
• Taking 35-45 calls per day from customers, stores and dealers about warranty claims, questions, and color matches.
• Answering 10-20 emails per day from both internal and external inquiries.
• Also looking up SDS (safety data sheets) for customers who already have our products.
• Entering some complaints into our system for customers will also be required.
• Computer proficiency and typing/grammar are required skills.
