Logistics Admin Controller

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12, Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics and or Supply Chain will an advantage

At least 2 years (minimum) working experience in a similar logistics role

Advanced Excel skills

Analytical and numerical skills

Knowledge of the logistics export industry e.g. logistics documentation and Inco Terms used

Attention to detail

Good Administration skills

Strong Business Acumen

Be able to work under pressure

Good communication skills (written & verbal) Afrikaans & English


Capture data on internal software system

Manage the flow of export documentation with suppliers and clients

Execute on stock management on a daily basis

Generate statements and invoices on a weekly basis

Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation

Compile weekly management reports

Book containers with our service providers

General administration duties (filling, answering of the telephone)

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
