Administrator / Secretary
To provide full admin support (including secretarial) to the Core Product Team
Provide telephonic support in the department & answering of calls, taking messages, etc.
Responsible for the ordering and control of stationery, spares, cons, etc.
Assist with presentations
Training administration and booking
Contract management and printing
Command centre reporting
iProcs, expense claims, etc.
Payments of suppliers
Three & five years secretarial experience
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
Be able to deal with all levels of customer (Senior to Junior) on a professional level
Good communication skills, preferably bilingual
