A fast-growing startup offering a breakthrough technology to design and manage Intranet Portals and Enterprise Digital Workplaces. In order to support its exponential growth in North America

Develop sales in strong collaboration with a network of resell and implementation partners. We are looking for a business development manager that can jump in and make an immediate impact.

Main activities are:

· Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that are mostly ran in collaboration with partners.

· Identify new opportunities and drive the sales cycle down to sales closing in close collaboration with partners.

· Along with the marketing team, help in the definition of the marketing plan and participate in marketing events like shows and webinars to generate demand.

· Define a consistent sales strategy that will sustain exponential growth.

· Define and manage a partner map to ensure a solid partner coverage across the territory

· Identify key partners to work with and recruit them to scale market reach

· Animate a network of partners to make sure they develop a strong sales momentum based on agreed partner plans.

To be successful at this role, the candidate needs to have the following skills:

· A self-starter spirit willing to operate both strategically and tactically

· Independent, self-motivated with a bias towards action.

· Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multi-tasks with an eye on achieving the most critical ones first.

· A genuine interest in selling IT business solutions with a willingness to understand customers' business needs and how Powell 365 can help cover these needs

Experience:

- 1 to 5 years of sales and business development experience in the IT industry is a MUST, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Regular domestic travels to be expected. Motivating compensation package with many evolution possibilities in the US or abroad.
