This is a direct-client opening for an Oracle Financial Functional Analyst located in Van Nuys, CA. This is a full-time position. Relocation Assistance is provided and they will accept H1-B visa holders since they will transfer over visas.
The Techno Functional Analyst is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the IT team and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle with expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) in multiple geographies. . Business Users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements, projects and end-user support.
The Oracle Financial Functional Analyst is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the other Oracle and IT team members and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements, definition, design, implementation and maintenance of systems applications. The position will work with the Oracle Manager and Business Users such as the VP, Accounting and Finance in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements and projects
Provides Oracle applications functional support.
Work to develop Oracle Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks.
Monitor and implement Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, iPayment, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, e-Business Tax, iExpense, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management.
Implement and support the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
Work closely with integration of third-party systems with Oracle R12 EBS applications and Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 (Budget and Forecasting).
Collaborate with various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation.
Engage Business Users spanning multiple departments and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective solutions.
Engage Business Users to support all necessary clarification to design and implement an effective solution.
Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations.
Verification of feasibility of Business User’s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.
Interacts with Business Users, other IT team members, Vendors, and Management Team.
Manage components of a project plan or projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical/business discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical Oracle EBS financial Modules
Minimum 2+ implementations of Oracle EBS R12 or 11i
Strong knowledge of Oracle Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks
Proficiency with PL/SQL based queries
Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
Knowledge of Project and/or Software Development Life Cycle
Strong project management skills
